A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Verify your email and start the seven-day trial with no card. You can then finish your ABN and identity checks.

What happens after 7 days?

Choose and confirm a paid plan to keep creating new work. There is no automatic charge. Without a plan, your account becomes read only and existing records stay available.

After your free trial, choose a plan. The founding price is $39 AUD a month.

Do my participants have to pay?

Your participants and their families never pay to use ThimbleCare.

How do my participants sign in?

You invite them from your account. They sign in with a code sent to their email, so there is no password to remember. They can use a phone or a computer.

Do I need to be NDIS registered?

No. ThimbleCare is made for independent NDIS support workers, including unregistered workers. You are still responsible for the requirements that apply to your work.

Does it work with plan-managed participants?

Yes. You can send invoices to self-managed participants or to their plan manager.

Is my participants’ information safe?

Your participants’ information stays private. Your records are stored in Australia. Each participant sees only their own records, and you stay in control of yours.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Email hello@thimblecare.com from your account email address to request cancellation. We confirm the cancellation and when paid access ends. There is no self-serve cancellation yet.
